We signed with her that day and she started searching for similar properties and comparisons for us to review. We sold our home (above asking price) within 1 week of listing. Kathleen worked hard making sure that we had all of the work done that was needed. For example, she contacted a repair person to complete any work/repairs that were needed. We were not in attendance for closing and Kathleen took extra care to make sure that we had all paperwork and projects completed before closing. I have never experienced a Realtor before who deserves an A+++ as Kathleen does..
